New2here is your Local Social Networking and Directory Site.
New2here has been set up by two close friends based in West Sussex, one of which moved across the county a couple of years ago and realised that she knew nobody in the area and nothing of the reputations of local businesses and services, the other, a local who has lived in West Sussex for all 32 years of his life.
As a result the idea of New2here was born.
The aim of the site, and what sets us apart from other directories, is two-fold;
Firstly we aim to build a comprehensive local directory of business and services around the count of West Sussex.
Secondly, we hope to get local people involved in the discussion forum linked to the site to enable people to do many things from meeting people, requesting services and recommending pubs or restaurants to posting information about forthcoming events.
We hope the site will grow over the next few years and become a pivotal part of life within West Sussex. This will take time and effort on our part and on your part it will simply take involvement. The more people that spread the word of our site and post comments on the forum the better and more useful the site will become.
We hope that over time the residents of West Sussex will help build this site and improve its usefulness.
