These are the terms on which New2here Ltd (registered office Hillbury Cottage, Horsham Road, Handcross, Sussex RH17 6DB, registerd number 6727933) will allow information about you or your business to be displayed on its website (the “Website”).

1          Payment

If any payment is due from you in respect of your presence on the Website, that payment must be made immediately upon invoice from us. If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to remove all references to you from the Website.

2          Intellectual Property

We own all intellectual property (copyright, trade/service marks, domain names etc) in the website and all its content. You may not copy or attempt to copy any information from the Website other than for your own personal purposes.

You retain ownership of all intellectual property in any content that you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive licence in respect of all such content (including your name(s)) in order to display that content on the Website.

3          Obligations

2. zero in the case of indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or other such loss;

provided that nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any fraud by us.

5          Data protection and privacy

We take data protection and privacy very seriously. You submit information to us with the intention that it will be published on the Website. You will appreciate that we cannot control what happens with that information once it is so published. Accordingly, you agree that we may pass all information that you provide to us for publication to third parties.

We will not pass any confidential information (such as account information, credit card details etc) to any other person.

This agreement is governed by English law, and the English Courts have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes between the parties.
